SHIPPING AND RETURNS FOR BLANKETS AND CUSHIONS

 

PACKAGING:

We use recyclable and biodegradable packaging wherever possible.

UK DELIVERY:

We offer free delivery on all UK retail orders.

We will dispatch your order within 5-10 working days. If your order is urgent please contact us before you place the order and we will do our best to accommodate you.

We use a courier service for all of our UK shipping. Please note that goods will need to be signed for on delivery, so do ensure that you give us a daytime shipping address. We will email you with the relevant tracking information once the shipment is arranged. 

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:

All international deliveries are sent via tracked delivery.

Please note that we cannot ship to PO Box addresses.

 

Duties and Customs:

If your order is to be delivered outside the UK, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes which customers will need to pay on receipt of the shipment. These rules vary by country and your local government determines duty and customs charges.

You are responsible for any duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country.

A commercial invoice is provided with all goods shipped. You shall not be entitled to cancel your order on the basis of unforeseen duties or levies.

RETURNS:

A returns form will be included in with your order. If you wish to return any items, please complete the form and ensure it is sent together with the goods for return.

If you wish to return perfect goods for a refund, this must be done within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging, and must be adequately insured for the return journey. You are eligible for a full refund less the outbound and return shipping and packing charges once we have received and inspected the goods. All returned goods must clearly show the original order number and details.

Proof of Posting:

For your own protection, we strongly advise you to obtain a proof of posting, or shipping certificate from a courier, when returning goods whatever the reason for the return. Goods which are returned to us but are lost in shipping remain your responsibility. A proof of posting will assist you in tracking any shipment which is reported as lost, damaged, mislaid or otherwise undelivered/undeliverable.

 

International returns:

Please mark any returned orders from outside the UK with "Returned British Goods and No VAT or Duty Due" so that taxes are not applied.

 

 

FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS:

We care deeply about the quality of our goods, and do our very best to make sure all orders leave the studio in perfect condition. In the unfortunate event that goods arrive damaged or faulty please inform us immediately as we can only accept returns within 14 days of receipt.

We will inspect all returned goods, and will offer you a replacement or full refund (including delivery costs plus any return postal charges) if we find them to be defective.
