SHIPPING AND RETURNS FOR UPHOLSTERY FABRIC BY THE METRE:
PACKAGING:
We use recyclable and biodegradable packaging wherever possible.
DELIVERY:
All upholstery fabric swatch orders are sent by Royal Mail.
Providing the requested fabric is in stock, we will dispatch your order to you within 5-10 working days.
The delivery costs will be quoted for prior to shipment.
Please note that goods will need to be signed for on delivery, so do ensure that you give us a daytime shipping address. We will email you with the relevant tracking information once the shipment is arranged.
Duties and Customs:
If your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes which customers will need to pay on receipt of the shipment. These rules vary by country and your local government determines duty and customs charges.
You are responsible for any duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country.
A commercial invoice is provided with all goods shipped. You shall not be entitled to cancel your order on the basis of unforeseen duties or levies.
RETURNS:
If you wish to return perfect fabric for a refund, this must be done within 14 days of receipt. Fabric must be returned in perfect condition and must be adequately insured for the return journey. Please note, a cutting fee will be charged for the return of any perfect upholstery fabric. A 20% fee of the total fabric cost price will be charged.
You are eligible for a full refund less the cutting fee, outbound, return shipping and packing charges once we have received and inspected the goods. Returned fabric must clearly show the original order number and details.

Proof of Posting:
For your own protection, we strongly advise you to obtain a proof of posting, or shipping certificate from a courier, when returning goods whatever the reason for the return. Goods which are returned to us but are lost in shipping remain your responsibility. A proof of posting will assist you in tracking any shipment which is reported as lost, damaged, mislaid or otherwise undelivered/undeliverable.
International returns:
Please mark any returned orders from outside the UK with "Returned British Goods and No VAT or Duty Due" so that taxes are not applied.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS:
We care deeply about the quality of our goods, and do our very best to make sure all orders leave the studio in perfect condition. In the unfortunate event that goods arrive damaged or faulty please inform us immediately as we can only accept returns within 14 days of receipt.
We will inspect all returned goods, and will offer you a replacement or full refund (including delivery costs plus any return postal charges) if we find them to be defective.
